In recent years a rising number of structures have been using steel domes as one of the world's most powerful shapes. It covers the maximum volume with the minimum larger volumes without interrupting columns in the middle would be more effective and economical with flat shapes. Dome roofs are the lightest circular shaped structure to cover.

Dome roofs are the lightest circular structure located to cover. When the internal pressure is higher, dome may be used; do not have problems mounting an internal floating roof.
